Self-care requires awareness and thoughtful analyses.
Each of these—self-care, awareness, and analyses—is a complex subject, and everyone has multiple considerations.
Each subject has thousands of books written about it, so I shall leave it to readers to pause and consider my six-word story in their own lives.
I want to simplify and streamline my conclusions so I can remember them. Then, I won’t need to reinvent them; I can review and update them as needed.
