1. Has the recent mass suspension lowered your morale? I did not know about it.
2. How do you feel about writing on Medium? I love the platform for what it offers for my writing.
3. Do you trust Medium to treat you fairly? Yes.
4. What is your main reason for being on Medium? I like to write notes about my photos, the books I read, and what I enjoy in life, and Medium gives me a beautiful place to put them where I can find them. All the social interactions are a big plus that I enjoy.
5. Have you ever had a problem with your account? No.
6. What is your chief complaint about Medium? Its lack of transparency and how hard it is to locate information I need. It had a steep learning curve for me.
7. What do you love most about Medium? The kind people I meet here who live all around the world and write interesting stories about their lives. The helpful pros who share their knowledge and support.
8. If you had the power to change something on Medium, what would it be? More transparency, demographic stats about users, easier to find information about various aspects of the service.
9. Is Medium the only platform you write on? Yes. I have other social media accounts, but I rarely go to them.
10. Is writing a hobby or a profession for you? Hobby.
